PayMaple Partners with Xcelacore to Build a New Multi-Tenant Point Of Sale Platform on Microsoft Azure

Business Background

PayMaple, a funded startup, delivers customized workflow payment optimization integrated with payment gateways and payment processors offering configurable payment UI for retail, B2B and eCommerce customers.

PayMaple partnered with Xcelacore to evaluate various cloud solutions for this application.  They needed a highly secure, robust, scalable yet extensible multi-tenant application as their customers reside in multiple industry verticals.

Proof of Concept – On-Boarding Application

The Xcelacore team was tasked to build an on-boarding application that allows Paymaple’s customers to sign up for their services.  This application, developed on the Microsoft Azure Platform, automated the process of on-boarding their customers by integrating with their payment gateway via APIs.

The application was delivered successfully on time (delivered in 4 weeks) and within budget . The project not only met but exceeded PayMaple’s expectations.

The POS Application

Based on the success of the on-boarding application, PayMaple continued the partnership with Xcelacore to build their POS system.

The team worked with PayMaple’s product owner to plan and develop the MVP version of the POS application within 10-weeks.  This application is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud and is based on the MVC framework and .Net Core platform utilizing Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Redis Cache, and other Azure services.

The team continues to work on additional requirements and enhancements based upon Agile methodology with weekly releases.

The Results

We’re happy to say that PayMaple is a happy client. PayMaple has chosen to continue our partnership in building out their technology infrastructure and we’re thrilled to be part of it!
