The Hibbert group utilizes many web developers, creating thousands of lines of code that support the websites used by their customers. Company leadership had made several attempts to obtain a partnership with an external offshore team for manual QA testing. One of the challenges was finding a partner that could assemble a team with the required extensive knowledge base to support all the different systems utilized. The company was becoming exasperated in their attempt however, having gone through multiple companies in the past, none of which provided the value they wanted, and expected.

The Hibbert Group reached out to us after hearing about our ability to meet high expectations and deliver value. Xcelacore met their offshore criteria which was important because they wanted the QA work to be conducted overnight to maximize the productivity of their internal development team. The goal was for their development team to hand off the daily code loads to the external QA team that would have it back to them the next morning.
Our relationship began with a phone call, which then led to an extensive interview period. A selected 3-member team of theirs interviewed each of our proposed team members. The frustrations of their former partnership involvements were apparent in their demonstrated apprehensiveness throughout this process. We are proud to say however that our expertise won them over. We took the same methodical approach we do for all our clients as we are a process-oriented organization. We have a senior QA lead for every team we send out into the field that takes charge of the project, provides continual oversight and manages the involved resources at hand. Our teams followed a framework of daily status reports that kept everyone on the same page and kept management informed of each incremental progress. These status reports help ensure that what is being done is also what is being delivered.
The three-person QA team is currently integrated with the development team at Hibbert ensuring Hibbert systems are well tested prior to system rollouts.
